1:00 - lunch (if you get there later, you will still be able to grab a plate)

2:30 - 3:30 - children's face painter

3:00 - adult musical chairs

4:00 - raffle entries and silent auction bids will end and winners will be announced

You will have a chance to enter any of the raffle drawings and/or bid on silent auction items throughout the entire day. Raffle tickets must be purchased to enter. You can purchase raffle tickets the day of the benefit.

We will have a children's table set up with coloring pages and activity sheets throughout the day to keep the little ones busy.

Here's how it will work.

$10 to enter. The more entries the better because the winner takes 50% of the entry fee.

Example: If 30 adults enter, we will have $300. The winner will get $150 and Ariana's family will get the other $150.

Adults only : No pushing, No shoving

Berea Lutheran Church Activity Center
9308 Rich Valley Blvd.
Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077

There is NO charge at the door to get in, but we are asking people to leave a Free-will offering for the lunch that will be served. Payments can be made to the Ariana Doyle Leukemia Trust Fund or directly to the family (Kayla Paler)

The face painter will be donating her time, money received from the face painting will go to the family!

Just a few quick updates on the benefit (May 2nd 1 PM). We have had many new donations that we will update as soon as we can including Action City in Eau Claire, and The Childrens Museum in Eau Claire (Big thanks to both these generous businesses)

Fun for the kids.....We will be having a FACE PAINTER at the benefit. Thank you Phancy Face Painting and Airbrushing!!

We have collected some really great donations for the raffle from many generous businesses in both Eau Claire and the Minneapolis area. We also want to thank the friends of the family that have offered their services and time!! Thank you!

More details will come!!

Can't wait to see all of you there!

For those of you unfamiliar with Ariana's situation, she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphatic Luekemia (ALL)-a form of cancer- in October of 2008. A few weeks after starting kindergarten.
Ariana is now receiving chemo treatments once a week and is heading into the most intense part for the next 3 months.

Cancer has touched all of our lives in one way or another and we all know that cancer treatment is stressful, uncomfortable, and expensive.
Please join us to show the family support and hopefully ease the financial burden!
