{what's happening when}

1:00 - lunch (if you get there later, you will still be able to grab a plate)

2:30 - 3:30 - children's face painter

3:00 - adult musical chairs

4:00 - raffle entries and silent auction bids will end and winners will be announced

You will have a chance to enter any of the raffle drawings and/or bid on silent auction items throughout the entire day. Raffle tickets must be purchased to enter. You can purchase raffle tickets the day of the benefit.

We will have a children's table set up with coloring pages and activity sheets throughout the day to keep the little ones busy.

Make sure to stick around for musical chairs at 3:00.
Here's how it will work.

$10 to enter. The more entries the better because the winner takes 50% of the entry fee.

Example: If 30 adults enter, we will have $300. The winner will get $150 and Ariana's family will get the other $150.

Adults only : No pushing, No shoving

The benefit will be at 1 PM Saturday May 2nd at the
Berea Lutheran Church Activity Center

There is NO charge at the door to get in, but we are asking people to leave a Free-will offering for the lunch that will be served. Payments can be made to the Ariana Doyle Leukemia Trust Fund or directly to the family (Kayla Paler)

The face painter will be donating her time, money received from the face painting will go to the family!
